To ensure that all our students reach their full potential, we offer a comprehensive range of educational support strategies. This includes a team of highly trained and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSA) who are passionate about inclusive education. They work to address a range of needs, including learning difficulties, sensory impairments, and social or emotional challenges. Additionally, we provide access to specialised resources, such as supportive technology, flexible seating, sensory tools, and tailored learning materials, to create an environment conducive to learning for all. We believe that collaboration is key to effective SEND support. Our team works closely with external specialists, such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists, to provide a holistic support system. We recognise that it is fundamentally important that a child's emotional needs are being met in order for them to access any form of learning and therefore, we have invested in a dedicated Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA), who provides a robust ELSA program.
