Development

Our school development plan is an exciting working document which we use collaboratively to drive the school forward and make positive changes to what is already an excellent school.

Our school aims are used as a starting point to allow us to focus on our uniqueness and what makes us special. Each aim is reviewed and plans for development are made. In 2023/2024 we were delighted to make the following impacts:

Global Contributors

  • Assemblies and cultural days continue to grow, exposing the children to a range of new experiences aimed to broaden horizons and increase empathy and understanding.

Our team are already building on the successes of last year with our exciting plans for 2024/25 including; Our new management information system is up and running and is already enabling our staff to to support the children’s academic and pastoral development.

We want to allow even more opportunities to celebrate children's success, and further develop our house system. We have an amazing alumni and parent body, we are hoping to use this valuable resource to inspire our school community.  Our goal of engaging and empowering parents in their children’s learning is another focus, with workshops already off the ground.  Sustainability is also a big ticket item for the whole school for this year, we hope to involve the children to drive this forward.
